• I plan to submit a work for the Group Show Themed: “20/20” and have reviewed the following points:

1. Artists are responsible for providing insurance against theft or damage of artwork. (ArtSpace Hartford Gallery and Artists in Real Time assume no responsibility for the value of any artwork if it is damaged or stolen.)
2. Artists are responsible for providing the title, value, sales price and media for the work submitted for the group show.
3. Artists are responsible for delivering artwork on Sunday, November 1, 2009  from 4 to 8 pm.
4. Group show hours to be posted when gallery volunteers are present. 
5. Artists must collect unsold artwork after the exhibition on Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 5 to 8 pm. 
6. After November 15th, artists will be charged $5 per day payable to Artists in Real Time upon removal of the artwork. 

 

Save the date: Wednesday evening, September 16, 2009 6 to 8 pm at Artspace.  Get materials, learn details and meet other artists and volunteers involved with Open Studio.  Artists in Real Time reserves the right to approve or disapprove the participation of any individuals, organizations and locations in Open Studio.
